A Comfortable Coastal Stay for Everyone

At Logans Beach Apartments, we’re committed to making your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible – no matter your mobility needs. While not all of our accommodation is fully accessible just yet, we’re proud of the steps we’ve taken and are continuing to improve.

We understand that accessibility means different things to different people. Whether you're using a wheelchair, a walking frame, or simply prefer more space and ease, we’re working to provide thoughtful, practical options across our property.

While our BeachHouse is fully accredited for accessible accommodation, we’ve also made a number of accessibility improvements across other apartments to make your stay more comfortable.
If you have specific access needs, please contact us directly – we’ll be happy to discuss the options and help match you with the most suitable apartment.

What the experts have to say …

“Logan’s Beach Apartments was our digs for the night. Paul and Betty are delightful hosts obviously keen to make their property enjoyable and accessible to guests. The fact the property has 5 bedrooms caters well to groups or multi-gen families. I love that they have ramps at all the entry points, a grab rail for the sunken lounge and they’ve put in great efforts with the accessible bathroom. Guests will appreciate the equipment in the bathroom including the shower chair and commode chair. ”

— Julie Jones, Travel Without Limits https://travelwithoutlimits.com.au/

“Paul and Betty Stafford are the perfect hosts at Logan’s Beach Apartments: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and easy-going. They’ve put a lot of effort and love into making their well-appointed and spotlessly clean self-contained apartments a perfect place to come and wind down with friends and family. Set on a secluded grassy hilltop a stone’s throw from the beach and coastal tracks, a short walk to the Logan’s Beach Whale Viewing Platform and a short drive to the lovely seaside town of Warrnambool, you couldn’t ask for a better location.

The different buildings cater to different numbers of guests, but we stayed in the Beachhouse – the largest of the properties with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, and plenty of different spaces, both inside and outside, to gather and entertain yourselves. The large, open plan kitchen with all mod cons and the outdoor barbecue would make it ideal for large groups or a couple of families. But best of all, for me as a power wheelchair user, the Beachhouse has been recently renovated to make it more accessible with threshold ramps and a large, accessible bathroom. ”

Ongoing Improvements

We’ve recently completed a number of upgrades to improve accessibility in and around The Beach House. From ramp access to reconfigured interior fittings, these changes help us offer a more inclusive stay.

Our spaces are designed with a range of needs in mind – from wheelchair users and cane walkers to those who simply prefer easy, open-plan layouts. We also welcome support workers and carers, and our apartments are well-suited to group stays or family events.

We're also lucky to be located just 400m from Warrnambool’s wheelchair-accessible whale viewing platform – a beautiful spot to relax, explore and take in the view. There are accessible paths, parking areas, and plenty of space to enjoy the coast.

If you’re unsure whether our accommodation or the local area will suit your needs, please reach out. We’d love to help.
